Elizabeth joined The Visintainer Group in 2022 as Director of Business Operations. She works closely with team members, clients and vendors to strengthen the business and pursue the company’s long-term vision. This includes leading the development of planning processes, building strategic relationships and partnerships, human resources, marketing and supporting internal business operations. Elizabeth is well known as a dedicated, trusted team member who is always willing to go above and beyond to help the team achieve the goal. She understands the importance of professionalism and the value of exceptional client service.

Elizabeth graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. She is married to Matt, has two children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Andrea Visintainer

Director of Marketing

Andrea is The Visintainer Group’s Director of Marketing. She creates, implements and manages the Group’s marketing strategy and brand management. This includes the design and use of property brochures, as well as graphic design, social media campaigns and all print collateral.

Andrea graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is active in the community and is a founding member of Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of our Community (PINC). She is married to Brett, has two children, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and playing tennis.

Jamey Browning

Transaction Manager

Jamey joined Visintainer Group in 2021 as the Transaction Manager for the company. She brings 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She was born and raised in Fresno and graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work. After graduating from college, she decided to pursue an alternate path in commercial property management. She maintained a large portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties consisting over 2 million square feet and a 235-acre business park Owners Association for Palm Bluffs Corporate Center.  Jamey is well known for being a strong team leader and determined to get the job done and go the extra mile. Her degree in social work, in combination with her experience in the real estate industry, has provided her with valuable skills and assisted her in mastering client satisfaction and the importance of excellent communications.

Jamey is married to Justin who is a Professional Firefighter for the State of California. They have a daughter named Mia who is their pride and joy. She values her time with her family and enjoys getaways to the Central Coast.

Brett Visintainer

Brett has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2007. He started leasing and selling office buildings and after gaining a solid understanding of the tenant and occupant perspective, he transitioned his focus to work solely on investment properties. By getting his CCIM, a designation that less than 5% of agents in the industry have, his goal was to create a top-tier investment team. He started the Visintainer Group in 2017, providing sellers of investment properties a sophisticated marketing approach and buyers national reach to investment properties. Brett has been involved in over $800m of investment real estate transactions, across the country.

Brett graduated from California State University, Fresno in 2004. He was the kicker for the Fresno State Bulldogs from 2000 to 2004 and then went to the Dallas Cowboys from 2005 and 2006. His NFL career was cut short by an injury resulting in career-ending back surgery. He is married to Andrea and has a son, Beau, and daughter, Avery.

John Kourafas

Commercial Investment Advisor

John joined the Visintainer Group in 2019 and has since been involved in over $540M of investment real estate transactions spanning across five states. He holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and partners with Brett Visintainer, principal, on all commercial transactions.

Prior to his licensing in commercial real estate, John worked in the sales department of the nation’s premiere food service provider, Waypoint. Waypoint is a national sales brokerage for multibillion-dollar food manufacturers, including Tyson, Land o’ Lakes, and ConAgra. He specialized in key accounts with a strong focus on governmental regulations and commodity balances. While there, he developed a keen insight into portfolio management, which triggered his interest in market development through interpersonal connections.

John, born and raised in Fresno, went to Washington Union High School in Easton and then graduated from California State University Fresno’s Business Administration program with an Option in Marketing. He believes strongly in ethical and passionate client service and is well-versed in the technology we use to identify and maximize investment opportunities. An outdoor enthusiast, John is an avid hiker, hunter and fisherman. He also finds time to golf and plays a mean guitar.

He has sold over 400 units representing over $28,000,000 in sales volume throughout the Central Valley, over the last few years. His primary focus is on private real estate owners in the Central Valley and Central Coast multi-family markets.

Dustin was born and raised in Fresno and a graduate of California State University, Fresno. He was ranked Top 45 in Doubles in the Nation for the Fresno State Bulldog Tennis team from 2001-2002 and continues to play competitively throughout Northern California. He is married to Ashley and has two sons, Elliot and Jake.

With an in-depth understanding of the market, Blake has successfully facilitated numerous acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily investments, always prioritizing his clients’ interests. Since joining the firm, he has been instrumental in completing transactions totaling over 70 units and exceeding $10 million in sales volume.

Beyond transactional expertise, Blake leverages his market insights and industry knowledge to help property owners optimize their investments. He provides strategic advice to maximize cash flow and ensure clients achieve the best possible returns. Blake also serves as a trusted resource and consultant for business professionals with clients in the real estate space, offering tailored guidance and market insights to navigate complex investment decisions.

Before joining the Visintainer Group, Blake earned his degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. During his time away from school, he honed his leadership skills in a key operations role at China Peak, his local ski resort. Today, Blake continues to enjoy skiing alongside sailing and scuba diving.
