Phil Styles specializes in Agricultural property investment and brings both business and hands-on farm experience to the mix. Phil was raised in a family of citrus growers in Tulare County with a farming tradition that goes back to multiple generations of wheat and almond farmers in Stanislaus and Merced Counties. He earned his Master of Business Administration at California State University, Fresno in 2018, previously completing his B.S. in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship at the University in 2012. In the intervening years he worked in leadership positions at P-R Farms, Paramount Farms (Wonderful Orchards), and finally as a Grower Advisor for the Deerpoint Group. He has specialized in agricultural infrastructure, specifically with water management and irrigation practices. Phil merges his advanced education and personal farming experience into a knowledge base that allows him to identify and evaluate ag properties in ways that give his clients a purchasing and selling advantage.
Phil and his wife Emily live in Chowchilla, California. They are both avid golfers – Phil golfed competitively in high school and college. They love spending time in the outdoors with their dogs where you can also find them shooting and hunting together as well as fishing. Phil volunteers with, and Emily teaches, the Chowchilla High School Band. They are both active in Central California Right to Life charity events and attend Cornerstone Community Church in Chowchilla.
