Brett Visintainers career in commercial real estate launched in 2007 when he specialized in leasing and selling office buildings at Newmark Pearson Commercial. After gaining a solid understanding of the tenant and occupant perspective he transitioned his focus to work solely on investment properties. Bretts vision of creating a top-tier investment team came together by obtaining his CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and attracting a world class team of real estate industry experts as mentors. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. The designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice.
When Brett branched out on his own, his goal was to provide sellers of investment properties with a sophisticated marketing approach. He also offers buyers the opportunity to draw on his deep knowledge of the markets. His ability to underwrite, market properties, and his client-centered focus provides investors a level of service rarely found in the real estate brokerage industry.
Brett was born in California and spent his childhood in Colorado. He returned to California to attend middle and high school in San Ramon and then came to Fresno in 2000 to attend California State University, Fresno. He was the kicker for the Fresno State Bulldogs from 2000 to 2004 and then with the Dallas Cowboys in 2005 and 2006. His NFL career was cut short by an injury that resulted in career-ending back surgery. He is married to Andrea and they have a son, Beau, and daughter, Avery.
